The doctors are great and very thorough. They treat you with respect and are knowledgeable in their specialties. However, the billing department is a nightmare. It is extremely confusing and they do not communicate with you well. I am always getting charged for things without my knowledge and constantly having to call one of the billing officies only to get no where. To add to it, the billing department has no sympathy for what you are going through. When your health is at stake, the last thing you need is to be harressed for thousands of dollars of unreasonable charges, including those for services you didn't use! It drives me away from seeing doctors at Froedtert.
