Rooms are spacious and the shower is well pressured and large. Coffee machine down most of the time, there are no ice machines, you have to go to the bar or restaurant to get ice, while it may not be a big deal, its annoying when you are on the upper floors and have to fill a small ice bucket. The food is mediocre. The buffalo wings are a strange flavor. The wings taste like they were frozen andmicrowaved.
The pizza by itself was nasty but with beer, it was tolerable. Elevators are broken, they get you up and down but the button lights are broken. I would think a hotel of this caliber woukd address this quickly. Instead they put up a sign that says the buttons are broken. Looks pretty ghetto.
Cant use the room key for the gym, you have to go to the desk to get a separate key to use that facility. .
I wouldnt stay here again
