Unanswered calls & emails. Lecrecia Arendse from "customer relationship manager team" still haven't responded to my complaint logged about 6 days ago. Their service are pathetic. They provide the incorrect information and their turn around times are absurd. Please go back to all my emails, phone calls made, maybe then you'd be able to assist me. Your company cannot apologize to clients over and over again, when it it has been an going unresolved case. It is really frustrating as I'm not asking anyone to move mountains here!
