Stay at Swiss-Belhotel Mangga Besar for 2 nights with an executive room, get a room on the 23rd floor with views of the city. Rooms & bathrooms are clean, amenities are quite complete, there is a hair dryer, free mineral water. But there is a problem in the room door that does not lock automatically when closed, from outside it can still open without key access, contacting FO and then the technician can take some time to repair. At check in time there is a deposit of 400 thousand (for 2 rooms) which will be renewed at check out if there is no additional usage. Friendly FO & fast check-in process. Requesting double key access is also given. There is a welcome drink too. Breakfast is delicious & has many variations, children under 5th are still free. There was an elevator jam when it was being used, but after pressing the emergency button immediately someone responded, about 10 minutes the technician opened the elevator door by force & repaired the elevator. Overall satisfied & pleasant stay here.
