From our first interaction with Keyhole (who had been recommended and were the photographers at 2 of my family members weddings) they were so professional. Steven in sales and customer service is always so quick at responding and no question is deemed stupid or too much to ask. He is very attentive without being 'pushy' like many other sales teams I have encountered before.

From the word go, Steven and the team who were with us on the day were extremely professional and had a good sense of humour.

Kris and the rest of the team were so great with us especially as the weather left much to be desired, but that didn t stop them from getting wet and cold to make sure they got our pictures and videos right for us. Everything was completely seamless from beginning to end.

We had a videographer as part of our package as well and I can't speak highly enough of the quality, sheer quantity and edit of the pictures / video we received.

I would highly recommend Keyhole who were priced similar to others in the market with the added benefit of not being tied in to buying an album or a certain number of photographs from them.
