Awful Management company. They do not properly notify people, and when they do, its after they've determined you owe then money. They don't give a hoot about you, all they want is their money and they then get their attorney to file a lien. They do not communicate with you even when you make efforts to communicate with them! If you are a community thinking of going with them, please, please, please do not put your residents into the nightmare of dealing with these people. They are nothing but extortionists.
