We have held our renter's insurance and auto insurance for a couple years now through Tom Cox's office with Stephen as our contact, and it's been a wonderful experience! Stephen has worked so hard with us to get us the best individualized packages, making changes to our accounts as our needs change, and answering so many of our questions with much detail-- and he makes it so painless! We're extremely busy, so most of our correspondence is all done online or by email at our convenience, and yet we still feel his presence and advocacy for us, as he clearly keeps tabs on our account and changing needs.
