This wasn't easy to find and when we did find it we weren't sure about it but we were there and had a groupon so we went it.
It's not a large establishment but they're efficent. We got a quick rundown of their 4 items plus the 2 specialty bottles they had. Our groupon allotted 3 tastings.
My first tasting was their specialty which was an apple flavor. It didn't have much an apple taste. I wasn't expecting an overwhelming apple taste but I just wanted a hint of apple which I didn't get but it was still a good taste.
My second tasting was the Independent Barrel Aged Rum. I liked this one. This was a stronger taste but smooth at the same time.
My third tasting was the Hellbender Bourbon. This was my favorite. It was strong but smooth. When you first sip it, it hit you but then as it goes down it was smoother.
There was an optional tour that we opted out of. It had just been a long day. They offer a 3 tasting flight for $10 as well as specialty cocktails for sale.
