This place is now closed. They have a note on their door saying they closed due to covid until further notice and that they contacted patients that had appointments, but I did not receive a call. I'm guessing they didn't expect to stay closed for very long, so they only contacted the patients who had appointments about a month or so out and then when it ended up being longer than expected they may not of had the resources to contact everyone else... Their phone has been disconnected and there's also a note on the door from the landlord saying the locks have been changed...kinda sad, there were a lot of nice people that worked there....
