I have been a customer for a while now, but my most recent great experience warrants a review, finally. I bought a top of the line headphone, the headband of which unfortunately broke after three months. Headphone Bar was very understanding and accommodating and agreed to let me exchange the pair for another comparable brand. They even threw in a headphone stand for my trouble. Amazing customer service--and I'm far away in Ottawa. Not to mention several informative discussions about gear and hi-res music. Thanks guys!
