I started my time with Hatch as an ELITE Intern (Class of '11) and was offered a position as a Social Media Recruiter to work part-time while I finished my last semester of college - I loved the team so much that I worked through to 2014. The internship was an incredible opportunity to gain valuable HR skills - recruiting, employment verification process, strategic management exposure and each intern was able to gain valuable mentoring from a seasoned Hatch employee. In addition, the Hatch team stayed in touch with me long after graduation and helped me land an apprenticeship with an incredible global organization with an office in the Milwaukee area. I know that much of my career success is due in large part to the incredible experience I earned during my internship, apprenticeship and part-time position that helped me compete with others in my field after graduation and I continue to use many of the skills I learned during that time in my current role.
