Nate hired us to one time clean his pool and state...

Nate hired us to one time clean his pool and stated that he was going to clean the filter after we had treated his pool for phosphates on our 1st visit, my return visit was 4 days later and the filter flow was perfect (no need for another filter clean), yet Nate decides to leave our company a poor review because we didn't clean the filter he just cleaned four days prior. Bad decisions like that lead to bad companies.
