The service department SUCKS! I was told on 7/19 ...

The service department SUCKS! I was told on 7/19 my 4 cylinder Jeep had two blown head gaskets ( a 4 cylinder only has one head gasket) and possibly a cracked block and given an estimate for $7500. Took the vehicle to another dealership who is doing a goodwill/good faith repair to fix the REAL issue that Urse did not fix the previous July when it was still covered under manufactures warranty. My Rating - Negative 5 stars
