I booked a 3 day stay at this resort for my wife and I. I needed a place to relax and get a massage, and for my wife to have a break from house chores like cooking.
To my surprise, when asked for the restaurant, the front desk informed me that the chef had resigned that same day along with his helper and they didn't have any replacement so the restaurant was closed.
When I tried to book a massage in their spa, I was told the spa was closed due to renovations.
In general, the place looks in need of a serious and thorough renovation.
Walls are being striped of their covering (see pictures) and there are stains from water leaks on the walls.
They have a very big swimming pool but I had to ask for towels that where not available.
Water apparently from the pool was on a couple of places in the floor (probably a couple of inches deep) right in front of the door as you walk into the pool area.
I visited the jacuzzi and when the water jets and bubbles were not turned on I could see the bottom and there were some foreign objects not visible when the water is moving. Disgusting.
The room was comfortable but the carpet had multiple stains as well as the couch upholstery.
On top of all these unacceptable conditions, we found out there was no hot water anywhere in the resort due to a malfunctioning hot water pump that was being worked on but I was told several times it would be corrected and in working conditions in an hour but after 24 hours I decided to cut my stay short and I left the place after less than a day.
