I went to the salon on Wednesday June 20 2018 for a relaxing manicure and pedicure. I arrived at my appointment on time and then waited 30 minutes before my appointment started. The room was not yet cleaned and the spa technician was not ready for me. Once I was seated the lady was interrupted several times by other employees advising her she had another customer waiting. I was not impressed as I too was a paying customer. The pedicure was rushed and I felt anything but relaxed. The French manicure was even worst, the white tips are uneven and lumpy. I am extremely disappointed in quality of service I received. Paulette Clamp
