Everytime we bring our truck in for a service it seems to be very half ass and as though we are a inconvenience to the company. We live all the way down in Bellevue and traveled to 180th and Dodge to purchase the truck and for follow up services. After each visit they always promise a car wash and vacuum, but then its never done. Why offer something when you are not going to follow through, or when we purchased the truck we were told we get two free oil changes; I call to make a appointment and get told that no one would EVER offer us that. I have called Beardmore and they stated they can pick up any warranties and we do NOT have to go to Gregg Young therefore I dont see us doing business with you again.
