RIS is, by far, the best insurance agency both my husband and I have dealt with. Our agent, Mark, asked pertinent questions, then brought all the paperwork for different insurances, i.e., HMO and Supplemental plans. Mark was very informative about each plan then let us decide which plan we thought was best for us, individually.
So many people living in our community and have an HMO told me they wished they had known prior to getting onto Medicare that they could choose a supplemental plan and have no medical questions asked of them. To be honest, i did not know either until Mark told me and I'm so glad he did.
If we have any questions, we call RIS and typically we have answers within 24 hours. They are very reliable. We are extremely happy with RIS.
