Staff was nice and accomadating. The only reason for the three star. The service however was a different story. It should not take over 2 hours to have the oil changed and tires rotated. I was informed that they check all fluids and top off where needed. Any other service center I have utilized over the past 3 decades do the same, but could complete this in under a half hour. This is a simple task. Seems like they really don't care to do this type of service.
The service rep also stated they are slow
