Customer consideration: zero, if it works, you are lucky, if it doesn't work PAY, if you give up PAY.

I activate the 30 mega line with free installation. Their technician tells me that to get them I have to give them 100 otherwise, the minimum guaranteed is 512 k, as stipulated in the contract.
The line has frequent "holes" where neither the internet nor the phone works, I call them and they tell me that everything will be resolved in the next 24 hours; but for those 24 hours I paid nothing.

Two months before the deadline they inform me that I can change the method of payment, I ask him how and, two days later, without ever having replied, I withdraw the amount of a whole year; I protest and they say that "It is now done".

Bimonthly payments are made compulsory in the month before the expiration of the paid period (i.e. you pay three months ahead ...) and before you receive the invoice: you know that you paid by the bank's communication.

I send a cancellation, which is tried a month later and to which is added the month of time that they are taken and that I pay. I take a large amount as compensation and then tell me that the amount is not paid and that, if I do not pay immediately, they will proceed to a forced withdrawal at my expense.
