The Service Manager, John, is the BEST!!! My wife and I were traveling cross-country in an Antique Cadillac; and had a problem, a few hundred miles from Grand Rapids.

I called him the day before with symptoms; and He ordered our needed parts via FedEx and was ready for us by the time we got there the next day!

The Service Staff knew who I was as soon as I pulled into the lot with my old Caddy; and escorted my car straight to the repair bay! I was afraid it wouldn t Re-start if I turned it off; so this was a great relief.
