Every year I have to make an intervention that passes easily for our national health service. Today, to my surprise, a doctor wanted to sell me the same surgery, privately, inventing some absurdities to make sure that I fell for it. Finally he added other services, obviously for a fee, never done before. My question is: are you really small like a fish market? But where did the professionalism go? I will never come back.
