What a pleasure to walk into a furniture store and not be followed around by lurking sales people. We went to Jordan's after visiting a few of their competitors and the experience was very different. Sales staff was available when we needed them; knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were under a time restraint for delivery so the Salesman brought us to everything he thought would meet our needs. We ordered a piece knowing it might not fit and we may need to cancel and the Salesman was very diligent in trying to get our delivery date. The next day we returned to Jordan's and ordered something completely different and had to cancel the first order. The original Salesman wasn't there and a Saleswoman worked with us to insure we got what we wanted; she even looked on the manufacturers web site searching for fabric to be sure it was in stock. When she placed our new order and cancelled the old one she split her commission with the original Salesman; now that's Team Work! I won't be returning to their competitors anytime soon.
