UPDATED!!: Honestly I wanted to love Honda simply for the engine for life warranty they provide on all their cars. That alone made me feel that they really do thoroughly inspect their vehicles and that they will be reliable for years to come. As I previously stated, within the first 30 days of buying my vehicle I had some issues with it, the great thing (and probably the ONLY good thing) is one of their service advisors Alex, was very helpful and able to get me in ASAP for an insepection. After a couple visits and being told it was my battery and then my starter my car is still having the same issue but now its worse. I had to take my vehicle to a Hyundai delearship for further inspection especially now that it is shaking violently and has already died on me once. My roommate is a witness to all of what has been going on with my vehicle. The issue is still yet to be found but I am absolutely upset that Clawson Honda would sell me a vehicle with this big of a problem! I did buy my vehicle used from them but it's upsetting when I asked the sales person Samantha if they fully inspect their vehicles from front to back and she said yes and they all have to check out before going on the lot and I believed her, only to find out that is not the case. I have had my vehicle now for almost 2 months and the majority of that time it has been in the shop. It's frustrating to me because I put a signficant down payment down and making payments on a vehicle that I can't even drive and that is my only mode of transportation. My advice is even though a dealership is offering a lifetime warranty on something, I would suggest you have your own mechanic inspect it as well and just be very cautious or you can end up with my dilemma.

I bought a used car from them and had some issues shortly after I bought it. I went back and Alex who works in the service department has been nothing but amazing and helpful through the whole situation. They have been working hard to figure out what the issue is and fixing it at no charge! They re absolutely amazing and I would definitely buy from Clawson Honda again!
