They were a bit pushy towards the end of my purchase, but I understand that's what the business is all about. Purchase. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, even though it was a VERY LONG WAIT. If you are not ready to go spend at least 3-5 hours to take a look at the cars, run the paper work and sign them, then..........I suggest bring a snack or food. And your phone charger in case your phone dies. Abel worked with us. Overall, I think I got a decent deal.
