Blake, an adjustor at EFG companies, has made a claim/repair process very enjoyable for our company MTI AUDIO. We were working on a difficult vehicle that had various audio related issues. Blake made it easy to add time and parts to claim and made the process less robotic and more friendly. High recommended.
