Well organised and excellent service. the parts diagrams are excellent! I would have appreciated knowing from the outset that the part I wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered from Japan. Delivery time was exactly as predicted. Price of item and delivery charge were higher than expected but delivery is out of the control of CMSNL. I enjoyed reading more about the company and its passion. I would use CMS again if the need arises
