I had the service technician John come and inspect my basement system. John , I have to say was very professional . John educated me on the type of system I had and answered all my questions since I am new to owning a basement system. On top of doing all his work he even pointed out some things that I will have to address. I would have to say I was very impressed! I give a A+++ to John and Dry Guys for a very positive customer service experience. Thanks!
