Recently purchased a CERTIFIED used Tacoma Limited from RR Toyota from a salesman named George. Was reassured by George and his higher up that the certified car was thoroughly inspected before put out on the lot by their technicians. 7 days after purchasing we noticed the back seat was leaking water from the headliner/roof area around the back glass. Drove 2 hours back to the dealership to sit another hour for them to inspect the car. Come to find out it s a highly common third brake light issue that was somehow missed during the thorough inspection to deem it certified (Btw we were also charged $450 for this majestic certified sticker) and missed upon detailing the car and washing it. We re told they would have to keep our truck, put us in a Camry, and come back the following day to pick our vehicle up. We were then dumped out at the service desk with our two kids. Hardly given any information on the time frame for the following day on when the vehicle would be ready. Missed out on two days of work and still have a leaking third brake light since we took the vehicle and left. I m not leaving it in the hands of these people who clearly don t care for their customers or the quality of the vehicles they sale. Let s pray nothing else was missed upon inspection before we purchased the car. Disappointed. We chose the Toyota Tacoma from everyone s high praises of the brand and the model of cars....

UPDATE: emailed Tracy per her comment several days ago. Haven t heard back at all. I have however received daily sales emails urging me to come purchase a new vehicle.
