Back in September my lease for my jeep was ending and I needed to find something new, so I decided why not Honda? My first visit didn t go as planned, I was not able to get approved for the vehicle I was interested in and rather than help me explore my options, one of the financial advisors basically told me it was a no and goodbye.
Had it not been for my service advisor Jacob Baker, I would not have gotten a car. From the time I met him, until the time of signature we communicated via email and text, looking at a couple of different options until we found what worked best for me. Jacob was so patient, gave a good explanation of each & very friendly. Thank you so much for helping me find my new car!!
