They do not reply to emails through their official...
They do not reply to emails through their official website so there's no way to contact them about problems with e-ticket payment (I was charged but received no confirmation email or tickets so wanted to verify with them), unless you could try making an international call which I haven't tried.
If you are only selling advance online tickets you should at least get the customer support team ready for any emails and problems!
I waited 5 days but still got no reply, and now all tickets are sold out for next week when I'll be in Tokyo, not impressed at all.
