Ed was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I was helped immediately when I arrived and the process to get a loaner vehicle was seamless. The service was performed as expected and I was alerted to an issue about my brakes and I have scheduled an appointment to have them fixed. Ed helped with that and assured me that I would have a loaner vehicle for that appointment. I appreciate all that Kuni Lexus does to make servicing my vehicle easy.
