I purchased a vehicle and was very happy with all aspects of my transaction at the time...from the sales team to the customer service. When I purchased my vehicle, the system was down that printed out registrations so I was told that they would give me a temporary tag in the mean time while I was waiting for my registration in the mail. That was over a month ago and I have yet to receive my registration in the mail. I have inquired multiple times about it and still have yet to receive it despite being told that it would be sent to me.

I've called Chastity, who's in charge of registrations and left messages and she has not called me back since initial contact with her. The temporary tag given to me expired almost a week ago at this point, so the vehicle is currently unregistered if I'm pulled over. I didn't want to leave a negative review of Tropical Chevrolet since I was happy with my experience in the beginning but at this point I'm feeling like I'm being ignored. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because ultimately, I am happy with my vehicle, but I'll be much happier if I had my registration for it.

Update: Spoke with the general manager shortly after posting my review and am ultimately happy with the outcome. Once he was aware of the problem he took care of it quickly in a way that I found satisfactory.

Customer service after the point of sale could use some improvement. I would have given five stars if things were met as promised in a timely manner. Ultimately I am satisfied with the customer service given by the sales team that sold me my car initially and the overall outcome.
