WOW. So I went to contact a law office for my car accident. I know a good bit about the procedures and went to speak to someone by calling this number - the woman answered the phone very quickly (so wasn't sure if I had the wrong number) and when asked to repeat who I Was calling she repeated with an oddly rude tone. Sounded very annoyed that I didn't hear her the first time. I have NEVER written a review off of a first experience ANYWHERE and typically am very forgiving on poor encounters but the negative energy from her over a potential case to make money was so off putting. I have been in customer/client/guest services for 15 years and I would never answer like this.
