A housing association with an extremely high arrogance.
Does not take complaints and problems seriously at all, I have been busy for months getting repair damage caused by a thorough renovation / insulation of the houses in the complex where we rent. Virtually no telephone call or e-mail is responded to, call-back requests are not honored, and NO ONE can be reached. I wonder if there are people working at all with this landlord, who really should be ashamed of their heads to let people get stuck in the mess.
Despite the fact that (by telephone) commitments are made through the supervisor, it remains deafening.
No one is still available and nothing has happened.
A pity, a pity, a pity. A big insufficient, for which even 1 star is still too much.
