Wow, beyond unimpressed with the level of customer service! Had to Uber from the airport due to the hotel requiring 24 hour reservation notice however, nowhere in the reservation info did it say anything other than "free shuttle". Yes, even in the fine print. Check in was extremely slow and they didn't have the type of room I booked even available. She had me wait so that she could speak to her manager. Magically they found a room with a king bed. Unfortunately, at almost 11pm after a 5 hour flight, the room she magically found was occupied! Back to the front desk, no apology, just "my manager accidentally flipped the numbers around. Here is your key to the correct room." Old room, needs serious update. Carpet was very worn and stained and, no king bed as I had booked and reminded her. Just 2 smaller beds. WiFi signal barely works in the rooms. Felt like a motel 6 quality. Will definitely not stay again!
