More of a 3.25 stars as opposed to a 3.0. This review will be a mixture of three different pieces:

a) Customer service - Jairo (sales) and Karina (finance) - 4 stars
b) The product - Maserati Ghibli S Q4 - 3.5 stars
c) The business practice itself - 21 Century Auto Group 2 stars

I'd say my experience was slightly above average, but ultimately it will be up to the individual customer. If you want my full review go to yelp and check it out. I'm primarily going to just comment on customer service here to keep it under the character limit.

Jairo was my salesperson (4.0 stars): Overall I felt he was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I didn't feel extremely pressured at all to buy. He had to the time and I had the time. I came in telling him what I wanted and he showed me all of the vehicles in the colors my wife was looking for. He even quickly showed us a comparison or two of other cars we might have been interested. When we said, "Nah", he actually told us no worries let's just continue looking at the Maseratis. He wasn't too pushy at all when it came time for negotiations - a regular sales person looking to make a sale I would say. In the end, one thing I actually respected was the fact that he recommended us not to leave our car overnight at their dealership because there was a chance it could be keyed, broken into, or stolen. Finally, we were never pressured to purchase any sort of extended warranty or whatever. It was always up to us and we were even told we could choose outside.

Karina was very pleasant and I felt at ease with her demeanor. She made the finance process very easy. While I thought I could have gotten a better rate, honestly I didn't bother. I intend to pay off the loan earlier anyway and the higher interest rate is insignificant to me. Karina helped to provide us gap insurance and again, never pressured us into purchasing anything else. I liked that very much.
