I have purchased cars on the internet for twenty years, but never a Chevrolet. I researched a new Colorado and then asked six local dealers for e-bids. One dealership ignored me, two just invited me to come in and talk, one sent me pictures of every truck in their inventory (until I finally blocked them), and only two e-mailed me actual bids. Trevor's was the first I received and, in the end, the lowest. We met briefly to review the options before he placed an order. He kept me informed all the way through assembly and shipping. When the truck arrived, I could only pick it up at night, but Trevor came back to work, demonstrated all the features, set up the Bluetooth apps, and waited patiently while Mary completed all the paperwork. Trevor was extremely respectful of my time and made sure I received the truck I wanted at a fair price. This was an excellent purchasing experience!
