Had reservations for a king room. Was put in a queen beside the hotel hvac system. All you could see when looking out the window was the heat and air systems. All you could hear was the NOISE from the system. Requested a room change, was a little better. Only one key worked to get in the room and the other one "almost" didn't work. It was the right size room, however, it was dirty. The first thing I saw when I sat on the bed was a DIRTY sock! Will never go there again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Not to mention, it took the front desk clerk almost 30 minutes to do the check out because I decided to pay with cash. Fiasco! And who goes to a "luxury hotel, supposedly" and doesn't have a coffee maker in the room with condiments???? Just saying, NEVER AGAIN. The hotel put a damper on my trip from the very beginning.
