I'm extremely happy with my new Trek mountain bike and the sales experience from Tom at the Mt. Pleasant Trek store. Seven years ago I purchased a Trek hybrid in Florida. Although I really liked the bike, I had a disappointing buying experience. This was the opposite. Tom seems to really care that the customer is happy with the bike. He made the buying experience fun. Will definitely go back for the next bike.
