Regular mall, imo it's just too big for a 1st timer to figure out what to do. Thought I could get around by asking around. Unfortunately both "Guest welfare" & security officers don't have enough interest to be helpful when being asked for directions, hence we lost several times.
The 3 stars are for great Filipino comfort food & heart warming service from Manam restaurant, and a fun hour at SM Bowling Center.
