Horrible experience, staff doesn't help unless you...

Horrible experience, staff doesn't help unless you be rude...my son has acute lymphocytic luekemia and sits in pain for hours on end with no help. Regardless of how many times we call for help they don't, it takes hours for a dr or nurse. There obviously either under educated or under staffed. But they really need to get it together. It's really sad the lack of compassion they have here.
