I have mostly had good experiences, but I have also collected a lot of misinformation. The employees who have been there for years raise the standard to 5 stars. If these do not apply, I understand the somewhat poorer ratings. TIP: Shop there when there is nothing going on, like the end of the month, warm summer days or something similar, like football on TV. So that you do NOT get into a rush of shopping! This gives the specialist salesperson more time!
