Terrible customer relations. When I went to pick up a car I purchased, the salesman was home sick and eventually someone came out and told me I had to meet with their finance guy (who was pushy and not nice). Then someone handed me the keys and they all left for the day. Thankfully a guy put the license plate on for me as I didn't carry a screwdriver to pick up a new car. Nothing I had asked for was done. Will never go back there again and it cost them some business from my friend who was with me.
Note: I have since had a very sincere apology from the General Manager and feel that my complaints were taken seriously. Hopefully, this commitment to do better will provide a better experience for others as well.
