Wish I could have given a 0.. Absolutely TERRIBLE ...
Wish I could have given a 0.. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. We drove over 3 hours to look at a 3 vehicles that we were told were there and in great condition. When we arrived we had to drive down the road to another location to look at one of them. It was absolutely awful. Rusty, broken dash, broken A/C and had not even been to detail yet. He tells me he didn t really look at the vehicle before I came down. The day before I was told it would be rushed to service and detail for our inspection. They order the stuff for the A/C (over $1000) and we were never notified that there was a problem. One of the other vehicles had not even arrived to the dealership yet. After we discussed this with the salesmen and asked about the third car he told me he would go talk to his manager and see what they can do. He asked about our price range and payment. I had not told him we had already been pre-approved through our bank. He returned to tell me that I could only afford a car for $4000 less then the vehicles we were looking at. He then tells me that I can go down the road to another dealership and they can probably help me there. He basically wrote us off and sent us on our way. 3 hours and didn t even offer to pay for my gas or anything. Such awful service.
