It's a huge Barnes & Noble, yet it's still pretty cozy. It's a lot more crowded than the one I usually go to in Brooklyn, but it's in Union Square so I wouldn't expect any less. The associates are friendly and the bargain bins are huge and everywhere, I have no complaints.
