I was planning to purchase an Audi Q5 Premium Plus and I was in my way to Volvo to evaluate the XC40 as well. I saw Baxter and called them. They insisted to drop in. I had no plans to buy the new car from them at all. Grand Cherokee was too big for me and Compass is not an option. I never liked Cherokee but 2019 version had a fresh look and I was interested in purchasing the top variant - Overland.

Gary who is the sales executive there, walked me through the features and he was really helping me out by understanding my need and suggesting what the option he has.

I had some issues with Finance and Title department which left me a little frustrated, but it was handled well by Kennan (General Manager). With certain hiccups I am back to normal with Baxter and I love my car.
