When I first came here it took 4 hours to see someone, I brought everything with me and was told everything is in order, two weeks later I get an sms saying I have to come and confirm my banking details which I had done previously, after calling them I was told I have to come in, I have spent another 3 hours here and still haven t seen anyone, this is absolutely ridiculous and no one should have the inconvenience of waiting so long on these hopelessly uncomfortable chairs
