Funny, i thought i have given my review on conrad and they have replied kindly. Well anyway, i didn't stay here, but from my experience the building is rather complicated, like maze. From drop-off point, you need to walk deep to find the reception area, something you hardly see in a hotel. My uncle and aunt's family stayed there, and when they checking in the front office staff gave a rather slow and upsetting service. Other than that i do believe the rooms are nice, the restaurant is great, just need to work on signs so that guests don't get lost
