After subscribing to the Post Star for well over 2...

After subscribing to the Post Star for well over 25 years, I have cancelled my subscription for home delivery. I did not receive a paper for three days in a row. After contacting customer service by email (phone is a joke), a very helpful agent named Missy finally got an answer. It seems that my carrier will no longer deliver to my house, but if I want, they will deliver it to a house on my road (not near me), and I can pick it up there. Are you kidding me?!? When I signed up for home delivery, it was to deliver to MY HOUSE, every morning, not someone else's house. Neither MY CARRIER or the POST STAR had the courtesy to inform me about this travesty. I paid a lot ($260.00) for a yearly subscription. Sure didn't get what I paid for. For all their whining about losing customers, they obviously don't care AT ALL about their subscribers. I thought that maybe I would get a phone call, since I asked Missy to forward all our emails to the higher ups. Of course, no one got in touch with me. What a surprise. I DO NOT recommend the Post Star at all!!!
