This was the first time my wife and I visited Sansone Jr's. We had two cars with leases expiring and my wife was dreading the experience of spending all day at a car dealership. We have not had great experiences in the past at other dealerships. But I felt I needed to write a review because the staff at Sansone Jr's was incredible. We had an appointment at 10:30 on Saturday and Mark, the sales rep met us outside to greet us and introduced us to Christine. They were both amazing, working as a team to move the process along as quickly as possible. Mark gave us the best price right up front, we didn't have to go through the frustrating negotiation phase. We told him what we were able to do and he made it work out. The manager, Mike Pugliese also took the time to speak with us and get to know us and what we really needed. Owner, Paul Sansone Jr also introduced himself and was accessible if we had any additional questions or concerns. This experience truly was a positive one. We went home that day with two cars and both of us very happy. We will be lifers at Sansone's Jr in Tinton Falls for us and for our children. Thank you for a fun day!! Never thought we could say that about car shopping. And thank you Rudy for the great coffee bar!
